how to fix 0*c000007b error?

This is the problem of the operating system whether it is 64bit or 32 bit.Some 64 bit programs cannot run in 32 bit systems,thus shows this error.you have to just upgrade your system to 32 bit to 64 bit.This is the only solution I know,if any other solution exists please comment.
